YOLO

Over the past few years, I’ve become more and more obsessed with tees with sayings and pics, which was never my cup of tea in the past. But now, every time I see another and another, my mind somehow convinces me that it’s a necessity to my life… and in my wardrobe.  But of course with tees with sayings, it can’t say just anything. They need to be eloquent and meaningful instead of corny and lame. So obviously, when I saw this “You Only Live Once” tank that made reference to Drake’s “That’s the motto, freakin’ YOLO”  anthem, an automatic purchase was beyond necessary. Not every outfit has to be serious and formal, and I love that sometimes on a day like this where it’s sunny and 82 degrees, you can just dress cute and fun and wear something as silly as a phrase that a rapper made uber popular in 2012 paired with fun floral shorts and wedges and call it a day.
