I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect side purse that I could take with me everywhere. No one wants to lug around a huge purse with them when they’re at an event, concert, birthday, or party. So even though I always have a million options I can choose from, I always resort to this tiny black side purse that I call my “Mary Poppins” bag because the small size is so deceiving and in actuality can fit everything I need and more (two cell phones, makeup, my wallet, car keys, and so forth). So when this purse that I cannot live without was finally on its last legs from being used so excessively (aka the strap broke so I literally couldn’t use it anymore), I think that was a hint from the fashionista lords that it was time to move on. So when I found this dark Navy Blue (but totally looks black!) Marc by Marc Jacobs purse, it not only made the transition of leaving my old purse behind less painful, but it actually made me even happier. Always a huge Marc Jacobs fan, especially with his bags, this purse is not only beautiful and amazing, but it completely trumps the Mary Poppinesque capabilities of my old purse, fitting everything I needed and more. I typically hate change, but with this one, it was easy for me to go out with the old, and in with the new.
