If you follow me on Instagram (@iamfashionlaine) you know how obsessed I am with working out through my continual early morning workout posts. Whether it be spinning classes like Cycle House or SoulCycle to muscle toning classes like Bar Method, to my latest and greatest obsession (to which this photoshoot took place) the once terrifying Santa Monica stairs, I’ve always found it extremely important to make the time to give myself a good workout. I’ve been fortunate as they say to be skinny all my life, so people sometimes mistake that as a reason that I actually don’t need to take extra steps to take care of my body. But on the contrary, what I’ve learned even recently is that it’s now more than ever that one needs to think of themselves and how they’re treating their body. You only have up until a certain age and point in your life to really build your body up to what it should be for the future, and thus eating right and exercising correctly and consistently when you’re younger are the keys to building that healthy future– especially for someone as skinny as me. And obviously since working out has become such an essential to my life, finding the most perfect and cutest workout clothes like this neon Hurley ensemble in today’s post is also an extreme must.
