“[SCENE 5] Slowly, the fairies faded away, the fruits and sweets vanished, and the Prince disappeared. “Wait! Where are you going?” Lainey called out. She rubbed her eyes open and saw that she was now lying back in her bedroom wondering—was it all a dream?”
For my last and final scene in this Nutcracker series (I know, aren’t we sad that this is over?!), we had to end it with the bed sequence where Lainey wakes up and wonders if everything that happened was just a dream. Wanting to wear something bedtime chic yet not be too cliche with a pajama outfit to fit this bedroom sequence, I was so excited when I found this amazing two piece from Boohoo. Luckily for me, the bedtime robe / nightwear outfits are SUPER trendy right now so l was able to easily find something super cute and actually perfect for the holidays, and this portion of the story.
