“Let’s Hit The Road!: LIVE IN COLOR”
I’m SOOOO excited about this new series, bringing you something a little DIFFERENT than I’ve typically been posting.
As you can probably tell… I KINDAAAA have a thing with color. 😁🌈 To me, my not so low-key obsession comes with the love in the concept that color can bring life to any situation. So many times the first comment I get about my photos is how happy all of my colors make people feel. And that’s the thing—color has the ability to transport people, even for a moment through a picture, to stepping away from the grayscale life they live in & embrace happiness.
Throughout time with my love for color, I’ve become an expert of not only finding the most colorful places but also transforming the ones that aren’t in my approved color scheme into magical worlds. Yet in actuality, as we all know, life ISN’T as colorful as my Instagram feed has created. But then the question is: HOW can one live in a world of color in REAL life? And that’s the amazing thing— we ALL, in actuality, really DO have the ability to bring color into our worlds through the use of the words we speak, the presence we give, the actions we take, and of course, the clothes we wear.
So for this new series, the thought was, why for once, NOT create an imaginary colorful world that I’ve so masterfully been able to do, and instead, illustrate to you all how you can actually bring color to the REAL world simply through being who you are.
SOOO in the next few weeks, I’m taking you on a road trip to the most UNcolorful place I could find–THE DESERT. 🌵🌞 And with the visionary direction of my girl @mayralobba, we’re going to show you how ANYONE can bring color to ANYWHERE they go. The series is called #DesertInColor and it all starts NOW!.
