Wedding Series: The Bridesmaid

If you follow me on Instagram and (especially) on Snapchat @iamfashionlaine, you saw that it was my best friend’s wedding a few weeks back! Such an extra special wedding in this series for me because this time I was a Bridesmaid / one of the Maids of Honor in the ceremony! (the first time being a Maid of Honor also!). This dress was probably the toughest and most specific one that I was focused on prepping for in this series because there was a certain look, vibe, and color(!) that I was aiming for. Searching through so many different brands and styles, I finally came across seriously the most perfect dress from Black Halo that never fails to honestly have the best quality of material, fabric, and cut. Going along with with the red color scheme of the wedding (the other bridesmaids wore maroon and red), I seriously couldn’t have asked for a more perfect style for this look. And can we discuss my hair for a second also?! I absolutely loveddd this updo hairstyle! Who would’ve thought that there really was so much you could do with short hair!
