I think you can easily say that I’m typically all about the color in my life. Colored outfits, colored walls– to me, my mantra is “the more color the better!” Yet, there was something about this outfit (also from Elie Tahari’s new line with Kohl’s) that instantly drew me in with it’s simplistic lines, patterns, and look. Sometimes less is actually more and in this case the simple coloring that I ended up pairing throughout the whole look (with my hat and shoes as well) made for the perfect outfit. There was something about also pairing it with a simple plain background that at first I thought would camouflage and hide my outfit, but in actuality, I feel like it really made the outfit standout even more.
