Around a month or two ago I played Pravana bride to help give professional hairstylists tips on how to make the perfect bridal hair for any dream wedding. As we’ve been seeing how coloring your hair fun colors like the lavender hair that I just recently did is such a trend, many people are in fear to take the color plunge (as I was with the day we did this photo shoot). So the fabulous Pravana experts put together a tutorial on how to get the perfect “modern day bride” look (purple hair and all) with extensions! The two step process showed how to create the most beautiful updo for the wedding ceremony (that’s actually all looped and tied together with just a needle and a piece of string). And then when it’s time for the reception and you’re looking to throw your hair down, with this hairstyle, you’re able to just take out the string and vaw-lah, you’ve got the perfect luscious curls to dance the night away!
