It’s the Super Bowl this weekend! Can you handle the excitement?! Well let me tell you, I personally can’t wait for this weekend to roll around, but I think my excitement lies a little further away from where the general public may be. Some can’t wait to see what hilarious commercials will hit the air-waves while others can’t wait to see the Broncos play against the Panthers (I mean personally though, I’m more of a team half-timekind of girl… like am I more excited for Team Coldplay or Team Beyonce?). But I think it’s safe to say that what I am truly most excited for this weekend is the fashion, of course! Well that is… my fashion… and what I will wear to the big viewing party game. (Obviously give me any theme, and I am so beyond ready to rumble.)

So naturally, I thought what better way to commemorate this weekend’s big game than with a two part Super Bowl themed series on the blog with one of my all-time fave stores and brands– Forever 21. Putting together two easy and affordable outfits that you can recreate on your own, the first train of thought when I was pulling together both looks in this series was to instantly head straight towards the sportsy themed vibe with today’s look featuring this Married to the Mob jersey that instantly jumped out at me as an immediate top favorite. Creating my own spin to today’s look making this a more hipster meets glam outfit of the day, I channeled the look by pairing this black wide-brimmed hat with these epic silver star’d booties. Obsessed with the addition of this fringy skirt to give the whole outfit a bit of a more dressed up feel– obviously you have to be anything but basic this Super Bowl weekend.
