Love Series: The Not-So-Little Black Dress

Today’s outfit is dedicated to the girl that’s looking to dress up and go for the perfect little night out this Valentine’s Day. So I definitely dub this look the winner for the go-to dressed up look in the series. But obviously I’m so beyond being about the cliche outfits that I had to put a little twist to the typical “little black dress” number by making today’s out a little black two-piece set. When I first saw this GUESS outfit I instantly feel in love (I mean, I do have a weakness for crops tops), but the leather action in this ensemble is what really won me over. The offset of the white snakeskin purse adds that perfect little contrast to the whole look. And obviously I couldn’t forget the go-to red color scheme all together so I threw in these epicly cute strappy maroon heels to add the perfect little Vday touch.
