There are so many parts to Los Angeles that many don’t even go out to venture and discover. I’ve been to Downtown Los Angeles a million times, yet it seems like whenever I’m there, I typically go and stick to where I know. A few weeks ago I went with my friend (and dual amazing photog Carmen-Rosa) to the Art District of Downtown and was immediately taken aback by its beauty, uniqueness, and grace. Everywhere you would turn was filled with one after another of beautifully decorated graffiti walls or ones that were in progress as we walked by. It really made me to stop and think about how there’s so much to this world (and to LA) that’s undiscovered, unnoticed, and not taken advantage of. And that day, I felt like I discovered a little new part of LA that has now officially given me a thirst for wanting to see what else is out there.
